    If you have safety concerns around using insurance, please let me know so that we can discuss potential options.

    While I’m credentialed with these insurance providers, I recommend that you verify with your provider. You can do this by calling the number on the back of your insurance card, or by going to your insurance provider’s website where there should be a “find a provider” tab.

    If you wish to not use insurance and instead pay out of pocket, the first session is $225 and following sessions are $200.

    My office is located at 3249 Hennepin Ave, Suite 210B in Minneapolis. There is free street parking as well as a bus stop out front.

    When you enter the building, the door to the stairs is located to your left. When you reach the second floor, go around the corner and you’ll see my office to your right.

    Accessibility information:

    • My office is on the second floor. There is no elevator in the building. If you’re able to use stairs but need help carrying a mobility device, I’m happy to lend a hand.

    • There are no push buttons for the building’s doors. I’m happy to assist you with doors before and after your session.

    • Natural lighting and lamps only- no overhead lighting.

    • Low to no fragrance.
