People who are suffering from PTSD or complex trauma
People who are healing from child abuse, domestic violence, sexual violence, or other forms of interpersonal harm
People who struggle with depression and anxiety
People who are curious about their relationship with substances
People who are experiencing, or have experienced, relationship concerns (romantic, friendships, family, etc)
People who have difficulty opening up or trusting

The first step is to book a consultation call. During our call, we will briefly discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and I’ll share more about my approach. We’ll also discuss scheduling and availability. From there, we’ll book our first session together!

Accessibility information:
My office is on the second floor. There is no elevator in the building. If you’re able to use stairs but need help carrying a mobility device, I’m happy to lend a hand.
There are no push buttons for the building’s doors. I’m happy to assist you with doors before and after your session.
Natural lighting and lamps only- no overhead lighting.
Low to no fragrance.

There is free street parking as well as a bus stop out front.
When you enter the building, the door to the stairs is located to your left. When you reach the second floor, go around the corner and you’ll see my office to your right.
